Our Food
BAO buns (pronounced bow) or 'Baozi' are delicious, warm and fluffy pockets of steamed delight, filled with sweet or savoury meat or vegetarian fillings. The dough is slightly sweeter than normal buns and we serve them straight from the steamer, or grilled on one side. We also do the modern variant of open buns or GAO BAO.
